Terms + Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to accommodation made available by GG Gateway to the Gordon. By making a booking for accommodation, you warrant that you have read these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them subject to such changes as are notified to you from time to time. If the booking for accommodation is made through a third party, the terms and conditions of that third party also apply.

General Terms

Where indicated, minimum stay conditions apply to accommodation options. GG Gateway to the Gordon endeavour to provide the accommodation but reserves the right to refuse requests for bookings or actual bookings due to insufficient or excessive numbers of requests. All accommodation is subject to availability.

Reservation Policies and Payment:

Accommodation bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by provision of credit card details. By providing credit card details you warrant that you have the authority to use the credit card and you authorise GG Gateway to the Gordon to proceed with the full payment of your up and coming stay.
If by some reason any additional expenses were incurred throughout your stay such as extra cleaning charges* and or mini bar purchases our friendly staff will contact you and confirm the balance will be deducted from the credit card information provided.

Check In/Out:

Receive a warm welcome from our GG team from 2pm onwards!
A complimentary and secure self check in service can also be arranged for guests arriving after 6pm
(please advise staff via email or your booking platform to arrange on your behalf)
We bid you farewell and safe travels as you check out on or before 10am.

Cancellation Policies:

Cancellation fees for accommodation bookings are as follows for GG Gateway to the Gordon:
Full refund:
For a full refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made (7) seven full days prior to the 2 pm check-in time, of the date of arrival.
Pre – payment and Partial refunds:
Any pre-payment and partial refund request’s within (6) six days or less prior to your arrival may or may not not be successful depending on the circumstances, reasoning and fair evidence if required.
No Refund:
If cancellation occurs on the day of check-in, or in the case of a no show, the full amount will be charged to the card you provided at the time of making your reservation.
Extreme Weather conditions and Government Travel bans are out of our control. We advise you invest in Travel Insurance for these items as they are not covered in our refund policy.
